Sick of the issue not being resolved

I have sent the company several messages for months letting you know about the problem of not being able to continue after the first game because no keyboard comes up to enter your name. At least for your customers put something out there stating what you plan to do about this. If you wont or cant fix, then I like the others that I have read, want our money back. Dont waste your money until they recognize and address the issue.
